- Cancellation Policy:
- We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment at our hair salon. However, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your scheduled appointment.
- If you fail to provide us with the required notice or do not show up for your appointment, a cancellation fee of 75% of the original service booked will be charged to your account. This fee is necessary to compensate the stylist time and ensure that we can continue to provide exceptional service to all our valued clients.
- We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy. By booking an appointment with our salon, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above.
